Subject: Protect Bonding for Green Jobs in Renovating State Buildings
Upgrading state facilities presents a "win-win-win" opportunity to foster in-state job creation and economic development while reducing the state's substantial energy costs and helping to meet our climate goals.
Please ensure that the $60 million annual allocation included in the Governor's bond package for "Energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in state-owned buildings" remains in the budget.
Thank you for supporting CT's move toward a clean energy economy.
